Description:
This is a post 1964 Winchester Model 100 semi auto rifle chambered in the less common .284 cal.. This gun was built in 1965 with the pressed basket weave pattern on the walnut stock. This gun is in quite nice shape, showing only light handling marks to the wood, and virtually no loss to the metal parts, with the exception of the magazine base. The bore of the 22" barrel is excellent, with strong rifling. The gun has it's original sight package, with a folding mid-range V groove, and hooded ramp front sight. Gun comes with the original sling loops and a nice leather sling. Also included is a nice clear Bushnell Sharpshooter 4X scope with duplex crosshairs and Weaver rings and base. The original butt plate is intact, and in great shape. I will supply the factory recall papers for the firing pin repair, which has been completed on the date stated (per Winchester records).
