Description:
Winchester Model 70 chambered in .338 Winchester magnum. Pre-64 model with control feed bolt made in 1959. Checkered hardwood stock with aftermarket pad. Ramp front sight (no hood). This rifle has seen use and the stock has scratches and nicks. Barrel blue is mostly intact but also subject to some minor nicks and wear. Barrel bore is clean and shiny. Forend stud screw is missing and we are trying to locate a replacement. Small dollar part (Numrich had them for $2.75 but they are out of stock at present).
