Description:
This original 11 gauge double, muzzleloading shotgun has browned 30" tapered round Damascus barrels. Inscribed on the rib is Alex R Forbes Perth. Both bores are good. The P+ grade European Walnut stock is in good condition with the wrist and forend checkered. All the iron furniture, as well as the locks, is very nicely engraved. Both percussion locks are signed by the maker. Length of pull is 14-3/8". Made by Alex R Forbes - Perth. Condition: Very Good. Overall legnth is 46-1/2" weight is 6.8 lbs.
