CSMC Winchester Grand American model 21 28 gauge SxS Shotgun. The receiver is engraved in a factory Grade 6 with gold pattern (Grand American w/one set of barrels) depicting a gold inlaid pointer on the right, a gold inlaid setter on the left, two gold pheasants on the bottom and a gold dog’s head on the trigger guard. Also characteristic of the highest grade standard Winchester pattern is scroll work on the 30" barrels which have a factory vent rib and although the chokes are marked Mod & Full they measure .005’ & .010” (IC & Light Mod)..perfect upland game chokes. The wood is spectacular, highly figured and beautifully finished. Checkered in the “A” carved style the stock has 14 ¼” LOP over a ½” solid red pad, 1 3/8” DAC, 2” DAH and ¼” cast favoring a right hand shooter. Matching beavertail forearm also cut with the fine “A” carved pattern. Standard features: single selective trigger and automatic safety. Cased in CSMC/Winchester’s finest oak and leather luggage style case with accessories and a full canvas and leather protective cover. The set is 99%. The receiver has “lightning” cuts so the gun only weighs a nicely balanced 6 lbs. 15 oz. Gorgeous gun, great dimensions.
