Description:
The Grade IV Upland Classic features a true sidelock action with double intercepting sears, front yielding trigger, gas escape valves, chopper lump forged steel barrels and frame, concave rib, automatic southgate shell ejectors and case colored receiver with English style scroll hand engraving. The Grade IV also offers a hand checkered walnut straight stock and splinter forend with long tang trigger guard and checkered butt. A truly well balanced lightweight game gun, and the best value in today’s quality side-by-side market. This gun is lightly used (500) rounds and better than new. Weighs 6.1 Lbs and the stock is factory dimensions. The stock has been professionally refinished with 12 coats hand rubbed Tru Oil and the checkering has been pointed up and taken out to the corners, see pics attached. Factory price $400. The round bodied model in grade lV and 28 gauge is quite difficult to find.
