Description:
This is a scarce Walther PP that was issued to the SA, some time around 1938-39. There were only about 6,000 PP's issued to the 27 SA Gruppes, in unknown ratio. This one was marked for Gruppe Niederrhein on the front strap, and is all correct and original, and comes with the original capture document from November of 1945. The document states it was brought back by Sgt. Albert Sellen and has the serial of the pistol on it. The pistol finish rates at about 95%, with some edge and muzzle wear, as well as an area of finish loss on the trigger guard and bottom of the back strap. Excellent grips and finger extension magazine, with just a couple minor chips in the toe of the magazine. Bore is minty.
