We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. The Winchester Model 100 was Winchester’s first commercial semi-auto, centerfire rifle since the Model 1910 rifle. This was a rather long period of time for a manufacturer to be without a semi-auto rifle in their line-up for sale to civilians. It was chambered for the newly popular 243 Winchester and 308 Winchester cartridges, as well as a few others. This example here, chambered in the classic 308, is in very good shape, with a nicely checkered wood stock, a leather sling, and a scope with an illuminated reticle. The Model 100 uses a detachable magazine which is very desirable in a hunting rifle in modern times. The rifle retains virtually all of its bluing and the stock has only a few mars in the finish, mainly at the rear. The front sight base has some minor wear marks on each side. The rear sight has a tiny bit of pitting on the left side. The bore is in excellent condition with a minor amount of copper fowling present. The scope is a Center Point 4-16x40mm. It has illumination in two colors, red and green. Overall, the Model 100 is an excellent hunting rifle and would be very effective out to long distances.
