JC Higgins M-103.13 .22 LR, 24" bbl, shiny bore, good rifling, blued finish, buckhorn rear sight, brass bead front sight, nice checkered hardwood grip stock, and black butt plate. Rifle fires chambered round, fails to pull round from the magazine tube, and fails to load into the chamber at the proper angle. Sold AS-IS. No Return.
