Description:
Beautiful CZ model 550 European style 458 Winchester Magnum. The European style stock is formed different in that the cheek piece is not as h h High as the monte Carlo style cheek piece,and the lines are more crisp. The forend is also formed differently in that it is a Schnabel forend. The wood is quite colorful and is oil finished. The ejector is of The old Mauser claw type ( full proof ) recoil pad is soft and absorbs quite a bit of recoil. The barrel is of medium weight and 25 inches long. The rear sighs are made up of three folding leafs, specifically for 100, 200, and 300 yards. The trigger also acts as a set trigger when pushed to the forward position ( not sure why anyone would need that ) . If your not familiar with the CZ line they rugged, reliable, and well made. I bought the gun new and have put maybe 20 rounds down the barrel. The gun has only been to the range, never been in the bush.
