Description:
We are offering a Winchester Model 21 Skeet in 16 gauge, one of many pieces from the private collection of firearms and outdoors retailer/distributor Lew Horton. An avid skeet shooter, this and the Model 21 Skeet in 20 Gauge we have listed were guns Lew used regularly (note the “H” on the pistol grip). It’s one of three Model 21s we’re offering, the third and final being in 12 gauge.
This 21, serial number 11471, was made in 1936 features a beavertail forend, and dual beads. The overall condition of this wood is very good. The bluing is also good with some signs of where on the left side of the receiver.
A factory letters was procured for this gun and is included with the images of this listing. The current stock dimensions do not match the factory letter.
