This Colt was produced in 1963. The pistol's serial number is 37545 SA. It has the 7 1/2 inch barrel. It also has the correct low profile hammer. It shows no sign of being cocked or fired. The original bluing would rate a 100% overall condition. The color cased finish would also rate the same. The color cased finish is colorful and vivid. The hard rubber grips are matched to the pistol's serial number. This pistol shows no wear or handling at all. The original black box has the serial number on the bottom of the box. The serial number is matched to this pistol. The serial number is faded and hard to read but it is there. The box is in good condition. The box does show use and handling. One of the lid's corners is slightly separated. The bottom end of the box gold tone end label is intact and easy to read. The box has the Warranty card, wrapping papers and instruction pamplet. There is no brush included. This is a very nice 45 Colt pistol with it's original box. These pistol's with the black box are highly collectable today!
