Antique roll crimping or closing tool for 10 ga. paper case shells. All steel and brass construction. 85% original Black paint remaining with no cracks or damage. This will do a 3" case maximum down to 2 1/2". It is marked "10" and has no other markings. I think this was made in the USA around 1890 or so. It has very little wear.
