Korean War Era 1953 Tula Arsenal Russian SKS rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. Features a beautiful high polish blue finish, desirable solid wood stock, and bolt and blade bayonet are still in the white. All numbered parts are 100% matching. The stock shows an arsenal rebuild mark which is common, but all metal parts are as they were when they left Tula in 1951. This is an early import when they still applied the importers name discreetly on the barrel (see picture # 8). Later imports were marked boldly on the receiver and given an additional serial number. The bore and all mechanics are in perfect condition. Includes the original sling. An excellent example of a Russian made SKS that are getting harder to find.
