WOW!!! A First year of production gun. This 155 year old trooper has been there and done it. Over the years the factory finish has turned to a very nice soft silver gray patina. Other than a few tiny nicks and scratches there is really no rust or pits anywhere. All parts are proper and have been together from 1863.
The frame and barrel are matching. The gun locks up tight and indexes properly. The brass trigger guard and front sight show an aged patina and are devoid of any dents. The nipples are not damaged and the cylinder face and force cone do not look like it they have seen any action. The bore is amazing, mirror bright with razor sharp rifling with and just a touch of light scattered frost.
A wonderful chance for the re-enactor or collector to acquire a America Civil War icon....Reduced...$1995....Shipped
