Handsome rifle in a great caliber! Original metal finish remains in just about perfect condition, and the 22" barrel has a like-new bore. 7#10oz,13-1/2" pull. Unusually attractive piece of walnut, with checkered grip and fore end. Has the goofy JC Higgins scope bases...I'd replace them with a set of Warnes, add a scope and sling, and USE THIS THING! Ser#102xx 270 Win caliber.
