Neat gun...Good bones, but begs for a professional refinish! Mechanically sound, 303 caliber, great bore on the 20" barrel. Action interior is very nice. Pulled Lyman tang sight, no crack visible in the stock! Pulled butt plate, to confirm matching #s. Saddle ring missing, but suspect a Winchester repro could be modified to fit. Ser#1656xx made in 1915.
