BELGIAN SINGLE SHOT SMOOTHBORE 9MM FLOBERT RIMFIRE SHOTSHELL FOLDING STOCK BREECHLOADING POACHERS SHOTGUN, CIRCA 1890. Liege proofs on underside of breech along with "FL.9" which stands for 9mm Flobert (the shotshell type)-ammo available(. Almost all the original case colors with cosmoline grease(preservative) that will clean to brilliant. 27 3/4" tapered octagon to round barrl with brass bead at muzzle. Mint bore. Side lever on right and push button release to fold in half on left. Original wood with dainty forend and buttstock(both original) with original crisp checkering. 14 1/8" LOP over steel buttplate. Stock in solid condition with no play(often the case with these small stature guns). Locks up tight and functions perfectly. Nice example of one of these and not very often found as fully folding(to conceal in ones coat I expect). It's in such nice original condition we are hesitant to remove all the cosmoline as it's done such a fine job of protecting it so it will be a great diamond in the rough.
