Texas Wagon Train Commemorative
Used excellent condition, SMITH & WESSON Model 544 TEXAS COMMEMORATIVE in 44-40 Winchester Caliber. Factory Original High Polish Blued Finish with 5 Inch Barrel, 6 shot, N Frame. The trigger has been professionally Radiused & Polished. The Hammer is Reshaped & Polished Similar to a Colt Python’s. The trigger / hammer engagement & pull are factory, un-molested. Manufactured 1986, S/N TWT1xxx. There are NO issues with this revolver. The barrel & cylinder bores are perfect, action is perfect & factory smooth. Fired very little, as you can see in the pictures. Grips are older Jay Scott faux pearl. Along with the revolver I am including
44-40 Winchester Ammunition & Shells too. One lot, consisting of 58 factory loaded rounds Remington Peters High velocity, jacketed soft point, ( not the round nose lead loaded down cowboy stuff), and 50 factory loaded rounds Winchester super X 200 grain, 1100 fps, jacketed power point. Total of 108 live rounds. NO RELOADS.
Plus, fired Once ONLY, 44-40, Remington-Peters brass, 87 pieces. All rounds & brass came from the boxes shown in the pictures. Proof of age required. There is a separate shipping charge of $23.00 for the ammo, because it is illegal to ship a gun and it's ammo together.
This is a real bargain, and as you can see from the pictures, the gun is almost new, so no returns on this gun.
