Description:
Serial #454753, .22 LR, 6 1/2" pencil barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a rare, original .22 caliber Mk. VI revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, half-length .22 cylinder, and barrel assembly. The revolver has retained 90-95% of a skillfully reapplied blue finish with areas of silvering on the high edges and projections, as well as at the muzzle, and some flaked spots on the barrel lug and topstrap. The revolver has fairly crisp and legible markings while the checkered, hard rubber grips are in fine shape with only some minor flattening of the points, as well as a few minor scratches and handling blemishes. The lock-up is tight, and the mechanism functions flawlessly. This is a fabulous looking, rare .22 Mk. VI Webley, and rates . FFL or C&R
