Description:
This is a range certified Mark V accumark. Sub MOA guarantee, certified at the range by Weatherby with a print out of the sub moa three shot group. I bought this gun as my deer/elk gun and now need to sell. This gun has never been on a hunt, basically brand new except for break in. It's had maybe 50 rounds put through it during the standard break in procedure. Tested during break in and Gun shoots sub MOA groups with 130 grain and 150 grain bullets. I sent th gun to Weatherby and had a muzzle break/accubrake installed and added a NEAR manufacturing precision rail and Nightforce SHV 4x16 MOA scope. Long range accuracy, fluted 26" barrell, aluminum bedding block, fiberglass stock, triggertech trigger. The Weatherby Mag has more velocity and knockdown power than the standard .270 win mag. I hate to let this rifle go and love the .270 caliber but unfortunately due to circumstances need to sell and will be using my older .270 for the hunt this year. I've ran the ballistics on this gun with Nosler 150 grain weatherby mag long range accubond bullets and they show over 1100 ft lbs of knockdown power and 1800fps velocity at a Thousand yards and with the Accubrake kicks like a .243. The gun was 2200.00 New, the muzzle break was 250.00 to add, the NEAR Manufacturing rail was 200.00, near manufacturing precision alpha mount 375.00, and the Night force scope was 1200.00 new. I am willing to sell the gun by itself for 1500.00 (700.00 off), or the whole pkg for 3000.00. (1200.00 dollars off). All set up, sighted in, leveled and ready to go.
