Payment Types Accepted: Certified check, money order Description: The Pietta Limited Edition Buffalo Hunter New Model Army revolver was produced as a limited edition of only 5000 revolvers exclusively for The Sportsman’s Guide. This matched pair is available with consecutive serial numbers, and installed in a wood display case. The revolvers are blued, with brass frames and trigger guards. There is gold flashed floral engraving on the sides of the barrels and a gold flashed engraved scene of a hunter firing at a buffalo with a revolver on the cylinders. The revolvers feature 12” long octagon barrels with adjustable sights and white plastic faux ivory grips. The gold flash on the barrel and cylinder, with the dark blue finish and the white grips really gives these revolvers a unique look, so please see our pictures. The left side of the barrels are marked “BLACK POWDER ONLY 44 CAL.”. The right side of the barrel are marked with two Italian proof stamps, a “FAP” in a diamond logo and “F.LLIPIETTA – MADE IN ITALY”. The right side of the frames in front of the cylinder are marked “Limited Edition / 1 of 5000” and below the cylinder with two Italian proof marks and a boxed “BH” date code.
