Sold Pending Funds / Manhattan Navy Model Percussion Revolver, serial # 63957 matching except wedge # 3963, cal. 36, with a 5'' octagon barrel and a shiny bore with strong rifling. The brass triggerguard and grip frame are a dark ochre patina and the remaining metal surfaces have toned to a mostly gunmetal gray with splashes of old blue, a few small areas of pinprick oxidation, edge wear with a barrel address and cylinder roll scene still mostly crisp, the nipples appear to be later replacements. The smooth walnut grips are about good with some flaking added finish and scattered handling marks. Note: cylinder sticks and doesn’t rotate as it should. The overall condition as described and photographed is good plus – very good. Inv. : # 12-154
