Description:
Very nice Colt Gold Cup National Match pistol in .45 ACP. Original deep blue finish is excellent, with just a few tiny handling marks on the bottom of the dustcover and under the slide stop. Polished flats, matte rounds. Original Elliason rear sight and Patridge front. Flattop slide with fine serrating. Original grips are equally good, with sharp checkering and no dings or chips. Serrated flat steel mainspring housing and serrated front strap. This is a true Series 70 pistol, complete with original collet bushing. Includes original box. A beautiful example of one of the most iconic 1911s Colt ever made!
