In 1975 The John Jovino Co of New York ordered a quantity of Detective Specials and Cobras and modified them by adding beautiful Zebra Wood Grips and a red ramped front sight. Limited numbers were made. It is the oldest gun retailer in New York City and said to be the oldest gun shop in the United States.
