Description:
Winchester 1873 chambered in 38-40. 24" round barrel with great rifling and clean shiny bore. Lots of blue on the barrel and receiver ~ 70%. Wood is good and appears to have repair on left side just behind receiver. Tang mounted Lyman peep sight. Rifle retains factory rear sight. Butt stock includes storage trap with cleaning rods. Manufactured in 1889. A very nice original 1873 for the collector. Ser #29171x.
