Description:
This is a fair to good condition Spanish falling block shotgun in aproximately .410 bore, but for an unknown cartridged. The top of the barrel of this gun is marked Luis Vives Y Cia Barcelona. The metal on the gun has a fine patina throughout. The barrel is octagonal from the breech for approximately 6” and then tapers out to round. The bore is pretty good with a little pitting about 6-8” down. The stock has a chip missing on the right side right where it touches the receiver. This apears to be a Belgian made copy of the Remington Rolling Block action, potentially a Nagant production, but maker and date of production are both unknown.
