***SOLD***Remington Model 700 .22-250 Rem. bolt action rifle, dated to 1992. This rifle features a press-checkered walnut stock with a blued finish on the receiver and barrel, drilled and tapped for both iron sights and a scope base (currently fitted with an older Tasco 3-9x40). The .22-250 Remington is a 250-3000 Savage cartridge necked down to a .224 caliber projectile, and boasts impressive velocity and accuracy at distance. The .22-250 is one of the few Wildcat cartridges that has made a splash on the large scale commercial market, and is considered a great varmint cartridge, especially in high-wind conditions, and even tends to perform well on larger game such as deer. The rifle is in great condition and appears to have seen light use, with a great bore and smooth action, with a superb trigger.
