Description:
1903 Springfield Armory 1903 bolt action rifle in 30.06. Early production receiver (56k) manufactured in 1904. Barrel is stamped “S A” in “8 - 09”.
Stock is not original to receiver or barrel. But is in good condition with many markings including “FJA” and “OG” on the left side, “P“ behind the trigger guard and misc inspection stamps in front of the trigger guard.
Remington sights and bolt. As pictured.
Barrel has good rifling but given the early production number, shooting is not recommended.
