This is a vintage pair of British Army wire cutters manufactured by Sunshine and dated 1946. Additionally marked with a “D/Broad Arrow/D" as well as an “Arrow/1073" Cutters are 13 1/2" in overall length and have a nice aged and even blue/brown and gray patina.
