More info: = in the S&W book 3rd edition page 185, By Supica & Nahas. = It states that the Round-Butt was "ONLY" available on the 2 1/2"inch Barrel length. There are "No other Barrel lengths", that had the Round Butt grip! The Round Butt took more time to do the grinding then the conventional Square-butt grip.
