Description:
This is an original model 55 takedown in 30 WCF. The gun operates smoothly and has a tight action. The bore is mint condition with sharp rifling and smooth shiny bore. The wood finish is very nice with some small scratches. The blue on the barrel is about 90 and the receiver blue has some scratches and minor pitting. Overall this gun presents very well. It has the grooved steel but plate and a Marbles adjustable buckhorn rear sight and the Lyman front sight. This gun is ready to go hunting. It was mfg in 1928.
