Got an antique Colt Single Action Army SAA 44-40 with Holster for Sale
Caliber 44-40 with a 7-1/2" barrel. Guns condition is clear in the pictures. Bore shows the corrision as best we could. All four clicks are clear when cocking the gun. Did NOT take the grips off as I do NOT know how. This is in the mid 90k serial range. A guess on manufacture date is 1884 plus or minus a year. Hard to find an early civilian model like this with all matching numbers where numbers are visible such as butt, frame and part near frame. The Cylinder and barrel numbers match the serial number. The assembly number on the loading gate is clear. There is the Colt name on the top of the barrel. There is a small 44 on the bottom rear of the barrel.
There is a Colt Holster for the gun included. No idea on anything about the holster. Just was with the revolver.
The pictures show condition as best we can. We tried to get pictures of every flaw, mark, ding, makers mark or whatever we could find. Removed the cylinder for pictures but again. DID NOT remove the grips as I do not know how. We are only allowed to post 25. There are 50 total showing and if you want more, please email.
