DWM Mauser Model 1909 Argentine chambered in 30-06. The 1909 Argentine Mauser has long been a favorite of custom gun makers as a base action for custom built rifles. The classic 98 Mauser action features a controlled round feed extractor, Orberndorf style bow release trigger guard, and fine fit and finish you would expect out of a pre-WWI German manufactured Mauser rifle. All numbers matching except the trigger guard and a very nice bore. The barreled action has very clean metal, shows no pitting or alteration, and has a clean bolt face. Rifle is fitted to a vintage Fajen sporter stock that is checkered. A solid old 98 Mauser that would be a great base for a custom build or use as is.
