Description:
This is a Rare Hopkins and Allen Navy Model revolver, and is 38 caliber rimfire, 6 shot. The estimated quantity of manufacture is a few hundred. Both the XL Navy and the XL Army are considered Secondary Martial Arms. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The bore is corroded from black powder but still shows good rifling. It retains 65-70% original nickel finish. The serial number is 864 and is matching numbers.
