This Model 66-1, 4"inch .357 Magnum Serial #70K6214 was Made in 1980 & has these Features: Good tight action, Stainless Steel Finish, Pinned barrel, Recessed cylinders, Black Adjustable Rear & Red insert Front sights.
With ( 2 pairs of Grips.) = S&W Checkered Walnut Grips. & a Black Soft-Rubber Hogue Finger-Grooved Monogrip. ("No"-box) 99+% Was $1195 Now only $995.
There is one small chip in the grip. It's the about size of a the End of the Eraser, on a # 2 pencil.
In my opinion: It's my guess the the owner chipped the grip and bought the lightweight polymer grips Later.
