Description:
This is a super nice, honest example of an early production Colt 1903 "Pocket Hammer" pistol, made around 1906-1908 with high polished blue finish. The gun is all original and retains most of its high luster colt finish with fireblued small parts. There are some rubmarks and spotting present on both sides of the slide as per pictures. A few minor freckles are present on the grip straps and on the slide. The bore is bright with pronounced rifling. Original grips are perfect. Original mag with a high polished floorplate is super nice as well. Finding an early 1903 Colt with high polished finish in above average condition is very difficult and this one is an honest, all original example, that would be a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R where permitted.
