NEW PRICING - Early third model Winchester 1873 in desirable 44 WCF, with octagon barrel. Manufactured in 1887. This is a very good example of one of the most popular Winchesters. All original finish, with most of the bluing remaining. There is some loss of finish on the left side plate. The stock and forearm are in very good condition with no cracks or chips. the screws are all original and show no damage, indicating this rifle has not been repaired often, if at all. Using the "Blue Book of Gun Values" PPGS rating, I would rate this rifle at 80%. I would rate the bore as a "7", according to Tapaderas Winchesters' rating. The action works well and is solid. Comes with "factory letter" indicating it was received in the warehouse on May 18, 1887. This rifle is an Antique and does not require an FFL. Payment by USPS Money Order only. 3 day non-firing inspection. $30.00 shipping. Insurance is extra.
