Description:
ON HOLD. Good condition and looks to be all original Standard Products WW2 M1 Carbine. Only 4% of the M1 WW2 carbines were from this maker. Marked Underwood 1-44 on the barrel with Ordnance symbol. Standard outsourced the barrels and other parts. Serial Number is 2187192. Rear site is marked on the left side with what appears to be a letter S. Front site is marked with a letter N. Buttplate has an S and a S3 very small. Excellent and smooth action and very good clean bore with plenty of rifling. Magazine is a replacement and appears to be a modern one. Not sure on the sling. Oiler is present. Ships from my FFL.
ADDED: SH-B stamped on the stock in the sling keeper well. S-HB stamped on the inside of the hand guard. ST stamped on the right side of trigger assembly when disassembled. Underwood barrel not Inland. 1-44. Magazine catch marked SW. 42S marked on the side of the bolt. S in a Circle on the inside of the charging handle slide carrier. SW on the piece that comes off the top of the trigger assembly. SW on the part right next to the trigger. Can send pictures of everything.
