Description:
A beautiful example of the great 1886 Winchester rifle manufactured in 1931. Chambered in 33 WCF with a takedown barrel. Matching serial numbers. Rifle has been hunted, however is in fantastic condition. Stocks show light finish wear with few handling makes with no broken grain. Original buttplate, unbroken. Metal finish has handling/carry wear, bottom of reciever/ takedown band and and middle of barrel where it was carried. These bluing loss areas have turned a plum patina color. Rest of the bluing is in great bright condition with a few freckling ares. Bore is in perfect condition, bright and sharp. Have tried my best to show all in the pictures. Over all a fine condition very late manufactured 1886 rifle.
