Description:
This is a decent Model 1892 antique takedown rifle with a Cody Letter and was made in 1894. The serial number is 50219 and it retains 70% barrel blue and 55% receiver blue. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The bore is very good, bright and shiny and is about a 7 with only a tiny bit of frosting. The wood is very good without any cracks or damage. This is a very nice model 1892 take down rifle in 38-40 caliber and it’s an antique.
