This is in about as good a condition as you are going to find a 1983 Ruger. Just a little high edge wear at the muzzle and then at the bottom of the trigger guard. Mint bore and cylinders. Original grips are excellent as well. Just plain wasn't used much. No box or papers. $35 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
