Description:
Nice looking but not perfect vintage Savage combination gun in the classic combination 22/410.The earlies versions of these unique guns had nice looking stocks made of something Tenite which imitaged nicely grained walnut. The next gen (this model) switched to nice strait grain American Walnut stock. The stocks are in excellent conditon with only light loss of finsih on forend but no damage. There is some light pitting on the outside of the barrels and areas where the blue is a lttle patchy. There is also some light corrosion on the nicly case colored receiver.
This is a classic (or girls) gun where a kid could walk thru the woods and use the 410 (2 1/2 and 3") to shoot flying game and the 22 for a squirrel.
