Factory engraved, spectacular gold plated Henry built in 1864. Standard cofiguration with 24 1/2" oct barrel with integral magazine, square back nickel front sight and 900 yd Henry Ladder sight. This is among the finest Samuel Hoggson engraved Henry's you will ever find. Rifle is showcased by Les Quick in his book, The Henry Rifle, on pgs 149-150. Gun is also in RL Wilson's book, Winchester Engraving. Gun is in very fine condition, overall. Has been is several of the finest Winchester collections over the past 50+ years.
