Description:
Very nice old Winchester Model 97, 16 Gauge Pump Shotgun with a plain 28" Barrel, 2 3/4", Full Choke with 95% original blue overall, Tight action and a bright bore. The small ribbed forarm has a 1" Crack that follows the wood grain and the butt stock has been glued and a screw applied in the grip area. Repair does not show any addition opening, it is tight, not the way I would have repaired it but it is very secure and is an old repair. Hard to find an old Model 97 in a 16 Gauge plus one with this much finish. MO plus $25.00 shipping and an FFL or C&R Required. Serial number 923658, Made in 1941
