Darne SxS Sporting Shotgun - St Etienne/Paris Made in France. SN: 7Q715 16ga. 27" Nitro proof steel barrels w/ 70mm (2 3/4") chambers choked .009/.024 with hand engraved game rib. Double triggers. Fabulous full coverage deep engraving with three game scene vignettes and scroll. Fully case-colored action with strong colors on unengraved surfaces and French coin on engraved areas. .Point checkered and double mullered border semi pistolgrip figured European walnut stock with Darne hard plastic butplate. 14 5/8"LOP x 1 5/8" x 2 1/8". Weight 5lbs14oz.
Condition: This is a very fine Darne with all original finishes remaining and in prisitine condition. Case colors are exceptionally strong. Stock varnish fine with only the smallest of 1/8" flake on left butt. Bluing bright. Bores clear. Mechanically functions as from factory.
