Description:
Produced in the latter part of 1942 at the Werk Bystrica arms factory, this dou 42 marked Kar98k is one of the rarer variations of Kar98k date codes. Blue and bore are excellent in beautiful laminated beech stock. All parts match with the exception of the bolt, which is a correct Kar98k bolt and matches itself. Mounts a ZF/41-1 optic in an unnumbered duv (BLM) mount. Optics are cloudy, with some debris visible, but can be seen through well. Standard German 3 post reticle. Not import marked.
