JEAN TANAZACQ: Big Game Bow Hunter Knife
One-of-a-kind model which was originally designed in conjunction with a customer who had expressed his desire in wanting a very powerful dagger. Created solely for big game bow hunters (deer, wild boar.caribou, moose etc...) some of whom had asked Tanazacq for a blade that will be capable to retrieve their arrows deeply embedded in a tree branch, stump, or even in its trunk. it is a proven design that is both strong and study. This knife also had to be able to finish off and skinned an animal if needed. When ordered for such purposes, the tip of the blade is reinforced and delivered as such; as it is in this model. Made from D2 steel stock, its blade is 7-1/8" from 5/16" stock and 1-1/2" wide, while the double thick guard and butt cap are made from brass, handle is black micarta with deep grooves. Contained in a very thick high quality brown leather scabbard.
