GERMAN WW1 WWI THRU WW2 MAUSER HENCKELS S84 OR G98 98 K98K BAYONET & SCABBARD, CIRCA 1916/20. "J.A. Henckels/Logo" stamped on ricasso with "1920" on guard. "Crown/W 16" on back of blade and other Weimar crown proof at pommel. Original false edge blade in the white(correct). Original smooth wood panels(with heat guards under) and original non slotted screws. All metal surfaces in the white(correct) except scabbard which is blued with slight fading of color which is original. Some sticker residue on pommel area and scabbard(see photo) will clean off totally. Nice example of early Mauser GEW98 bayonet as it should appear. Made in 1916 and reissued in 1920.
