Colt Single Action Army, .45 Colt. This 40 year old Colt is in excellent condition in what I believe is its original, tattered and taped up box! 1979 is the year of production, according to my research. Of course, this is one of the hardest, and most sought after combinations of desirable caliber, finish, and barrel length. 4 3/4" barrel, blue, with color case hardened frame. Black eagle stocks are perfect. No buggered up screws anywhere that I see. There is a spot of finish removed on top of the front sight, that I pictured, a small scratch on the ejector rod face, and a couple of tiny spots on the leading edge of the cylinder. No "turn line" on the cylinder, just finish removed when the bolt locked up. I actually don't think the gun was shot past a factory test fire, but it may have been in a holster with someone dressing up as a cowboy? The gun comes in what I believe its its original box, which is tattered and taped up. The two piece styrofoam inserts are in there, but nothing else. Anyway, I guarantee satisfaction with this gun.
