Description:
This is a Model 70 Pre-64 Westerner with the 26" barrel. This is the long range,hard hitting 264 Win. Mag. which is ideal for big game up to mule deer size. This particular rifle was manufactured in 1960, and fit with a vintage Redfield 2-7X scope. This gun is in 90+% condition overall, with the metal surfaces virtually unworn and the stock showing light handling marks to the original finish only. Gun has it's original sight package with the front hood intact. Bore is in mint condition with strong rifling, showing very little use. The bolt is S/N match to the receiver. Gun has the original sling lugs as sent from the factory. Scope is clear, with fine crosshairs and weaver mounts. Sell to lower 48 states only. Shipped in a hard custom fitted case.
